How to Order
- Use our secure online shopping cart and checkout with your credit card via PayPal. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added before you finalize the order. Its fast, secure, and reliable (and you don't have to have a PayPal account).
- If you prefer to handle business with a live person, you're welcome to call us toll-free at 866-562-3357, 7:00 am — 9:00 pm Central Time, Monday — Saturday. We'll be happy to take your order and payment information right over the phone.
- Download and print our order form (PDF format, 230 kB), fill out, and send through regular mail.
We want to make sure our fixins arrive fresh and tasty. That unfortunately means we can only take orders from the United States (lower 48 only - our apologies to Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping
Please allow two weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Substitutions
In the event that an item in a particular package is not available when an order is received, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value so that your order will ship in a timely fashion.
Returns
Grandma Norman's Alabama Country Fixins is proud of its products, and we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with any item that you purchase from us, just return the unused portion for a refund or replacement. We only ask that you pay shipping to return it to us.
